    poor service
    limited guidance

The location was too far from Inverness and no one was around to help with directions. I asked the owner for guidance and got nothing. Where's my complimentary upgrade? I mean, come on, you can't just treat every guest like some average Joe, right? I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

    magnificent setting
    good experience
    mobility inconvenience

The setting is magnificent, ideal for a family with children eager to explore. Watching the sheepdog demonstration was a unique and good experience, showcasing the skill of the animals in action.

There was limited public transportation available. The breakfast schedule could be a bit restrictive for early risers.

    My thoughts, in two sentences

This beautiful farm offers an idyllic escape, complete with a nice sheep herding demonstration and fine views. Our room was super clean and comfortable, and the homemade scones at breakfast were a good treat!

    difficult check-in

The sheepdog demonstration was unforgettable! 🐶 Our comfortable Twin Room with Bath was spotless and cozy. Only downside was check-in being a bit late for us, but all was chill in the end. Definitely a peaceful escape!

    beautiful outdoor views
    accessibility issues

The location offers beautiful outdoor views and a peaceful atmosphere. Breakfast in the conservatory allowed us to enjoy good farm-fresh options while taking in the fine scenery.

The hotel had some accessibility issues that might pose challenges with disabilities.

    hot shower

Just a reliable pick for a quick break in Inverness with excellent value for money. The hot shower was the best we had on our trip. Make sure to book the sheepdog demonstration if you're staying there.

    thoughtful hospitality
    farm fresh breakfast

    charming stay with fine views

The hospitality was really good. We were warmly welcomed and offered a thoughtful snack tray despite our late arrival, a good surprise. The breakfast was a highlight, with farm fresh eggs and an array of tasty options while we enjoyed the expansive views of the farmland. We particularly loved the serene garden view, made our mornings refreshing.

The check-in process took longer than expected.
